Soft Skill Activity: Guided Imagery "Visualizing What Success Looks Like for You"

The soft skill development activity chosen for this meeting was aimed at helping Champers visualize the ideal career for each one of them. Through guided meditation, each person in the room became aware of their thoughts while visualizing an ideal day and professional routine. Then they were asked to reflect on that and write a paragraph to describe it.

It was very interesting for the Champer that attended this session to split in groups and discuss their discovery. This exercise was very successfull in defining their goals and with the help of facilitators present during and after the meditation they could discuss steps to accomplish their dream.
